Welcome to the Riverfront Gardens and Villas, an upscale
community of 143 apartments on the banks of the Sacramento River in the
"Pocket" area of Greenhaven, minutes from the Capitol.

HUGE TWO-BEDROOM/ONE-BATH: Our very generously sized two-bedroom apartment has approximately 850 square feet, with large bedrooms and plenty of closet space. It has a spacious living room, separate dining area, and a large kitchen with a dishwasher. Upstairs apartments have a large balcony off the living room and ground floor apartments have a large private patio.
HUGE TWO-BEDROOM/TWO-BATH: Our extra large two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has approximately 980 square feet. The master bathroom is very generously sized, and includes his and hers closets and vanity sink in the dressing area. The second bathroom is very spacious. The apartment has a separate dining area, spacious living room, and a large kitchen with dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. Upstairs apartments have a balcony off the living room and ground floor apartments have a large, private patio. Third floor units have vaulted ceilings.

REQUIREMENTS
APPLICATION: Positive photo identification is required (i.e. Driver's
license, CA identification card, passport, student ID card).
APPLICATON
INFORMATION: In the event of roommates, each applicant must be approved
individually.
APPLICATION FEE: A non-refundable application processing fee of $30.00
per applicant is required at the time of application. This fee must be
in the form of a money order or cashier's check or cash.
INCOME: Qualifying income must be at least 3 times monthly rental.
EMPLOYMENT: If employed less than one year, verification of previous
employers is required.
SELECTION CRITERIA: A positive credit report, verifiable income, good rental references and a clear criminal background check are required.
PETS: Pets may be allowed in certain apartments. A pet interview is required prior to application approval. A pet deposit is required prior to move-in.

Go two exits South on Interstate 5 to Fruitridge/Seamas, turn right and
then left immediately onto Riverside. We are 1/2 mile down Riverside.
>From the South:
Take Interstate 5 to Fruitridge/Seamas, turn left onto Seamas and drive under
the freeway, then turn left immediately onto Riverside. We are 1/2 mile
down Riverside.
