Application: Positive photo identification is required (i.e. Driver's license, state ID card, passport, student ID card).Application Information: In the event of roommates, each applicant on lease must be approved individually.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of $25 is required at the time of application. This fee must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check or cash.
Income: Qualifying income must be at least 3 times monthly rental.
Employment: If employed less than one year, verification of previous employers is required.
Selection Criteria: A positive credit report, verifiable income, good rental references and a clear criminal background check are required.
Pets: Pets may be allowed in certain apartments. A pet interview is required prior to application approval. A $400 pet deposit is required, $200 of which is non-refundable.
